Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Agent to join our team. This role is responsible for marketing homes, engaging prospective residents, and guiding them through the home buying process from initial inquiry to closing.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage prospective residents, both in-person and through phone/email inquiries Conduct community tours and showcase available homes Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline Assist customers with applications, financing options, and paperwork Coordinate with management on pricing, promotions, and inventory Maintain knowledge of available homes, community amenities, and local market trends Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process Meet or exceed monthly sales and occupancy goalsQualifications:
Previous sales or customer service experience (real estate or housing preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Basic computer skills (CRM systems, email, Microsoft Office) Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportationPreferred Qualifications:
Experience in manufactured housing, real estate, or leasing Knowledge of financing options and credit processesCompensation & Benefits:
