Job Description

Job Overview Dealer Support:
Act as the main point of contact for dealer inquiries, providing timely and reliable support via email, phone, and text. Check and confirm pricing and plan options quickly for salespeople to help them serve customers on the spot. Visit local dealers as needed to strengthen relationships and address any issues. Onboard new dealers, evaluate them, and present contract offers. Support dealers with questions about plans, pricing, and processes, coordinating with other associates when needed. • Notify dealers promptly when their orders have been reviewed and approved.
