Full-time Mission:
The Essence of The Job Acquire new customers to our insurance agency by offering Auto, Homeowners, Umbrella, Specialty Lines, and other Personal Lines products.

  • Intrinsically driven to be successful
Resourceful Desired Outcomes:
  • Acquire 20 new households monthly or write $55K in total premium
  • Collaborate with team development as agency grows and advance from within
Compensation:
  • Base pay will be $36k, plus uncapped commissions with Life Insurance kicker
  • Top earners can make $70k
  • 100k.
