This AT&T Sales Agent role focuses on executing in-person sales initiatives, building customer relationships, and driving new account acquisitions. As an AT&T Sales Agent, you will represent AT&T directly to customers, helping them understand available products and services while delivering a professional and solution-focused experience. The AT&T Sales Agent plays a key role in connecting consumer strategy to real sales results.
AT&T Sales Agent Responsibilities:
Execute direct customer initiatives to generate new acquisitions Educate customers on AT&T products, services, and promotional offers Assess customer needs and recommend tailored service solutions Manage the full sales process from initial conversation through activation Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity Track daily performance and sales metrics Stay up to date on all AT&T services to provide information clearly and accurately to customers
AT&T Sales Agent Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or brand promotion is preferred but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Detail-oriented Comfortable working with customers directly Self-motivated, competitive, and able to thrive in a performance-driven environment
