This role goes beyond basic outreach. You will be involved in the full sales process, from identifying new opportunities to supporting presentations and helping move deals forward. You will work closely with leadership, gain hands-on experience with real sales strategy, and play a key role in building and maintaining a strong pipeline. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Execute outbound outreach through cold calls, email campaigns, text messaging, and LinkedIn Research and identify new prospects and market opportunities Track, manage, and update leads using CRM tools to maintain an organized pipeline Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations Support ongoing sales efforts and contribute to closing new business Serve as a professional and responsive first point of contact for potential clients Qualifications Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new contacts Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn CRM systems and sales tools Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple tasks Reliable, punctual, and results-oriented Must have access to a personal cellphone for business communication What You'll Gain Direct mentorship from experienced sales leadership After the training period, you'll be eligible for quarterly bonuses, with additional bonus opportunities based on sales performance.
