Job Description

We're hiring an AT&T Customer Assistant to work directly with customers throughout the Richmond area. You'll introduce customers to AT&T wireless plans, mobile services, device options, and current offers while helping them choose solutions that make sense for how they actually use their service. ThisAT&T Customer Assistant role is an in-person role. You'll spend your day meeting customers face-to-face in assigned areas rather than sitting behind a desk or working in a call center. What You'll Be Doing As An AT&T Customer Assistant Meet with prospective customers in person Start genuine conversations and learn what each customer needs As an AT&T Customer Assistant, confidently explain AT&T wireless plans, mobile services, device options, and promotions clearly Recommend options based on the customer's needs and budget Guide customers through the sales and enrollment process from start to finish Answer questions and make sure customers feel confident about their decision Keep accurate records of customer interactions and completed sales Work toward personal and AT&T Customer Assistant team sales goals with ongoing coaching and support You Don't Need to Know Everything on Day One We'll teach you the products, the sales process, and how to approach customer conversations confidently as an AT&T Customer Assistant. What matters most is that you're: Comfortable meeting and speaking with new people Friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with Motivated by goals and willing to put in consistent effort Open to feedback and interested in improving Dependable and able to manage your day independently Excited to build practical experience in sales and customer acquisition Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but it is not required, we will train you on everything you need to know to be successful in this AT&T Customer Assistant role.
