In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales department by managing client interactions, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for sales, contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Responsibilities Coordinating and handling all sales related activities Processing sales orders and ensuring that they are fulfilled effectively Managing sales contracts and maintaining an accurate database of sales records Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies Providing customer service, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues Creating and updating sales reports for the sales team and management Maintaining and updating customer databases Assisting with promotional activities Providing support to the sales team with administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling and assist some expense report Keeping track of sales targets and ensuring they are met Requirements Strong organizational skills for managing paperwork, sales data, and customer records efficiently Proficient in the use of sales and office software such as CRM systems, databases, and MS Office applications Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze sales data and generate accurate reports Customer service skills for dealing with customer queries, complaints, and request in a professional and courteous manner Interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with team members and clients Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve potential issues that may affect sales operations Time management skills to juggle various tasks and meet deadlines Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales support Understanding of sales performance Excellent organizational and multitasking skills A team player with high level of dedication Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
