EXPECTATIONS FOR OFFICE/SALES POSITION

This position requires in-depth computer knowledge, quick problem solving, great organizational skills and a calm, friendly demeanor. We are a full service florist, which means we create and deliver florals for large events, intimate celebrations and emotionally charged condolences. You will be representing Terra Bella's brand and reputation, so we expect a mix of professionalism and compassion and full understanding that you will be responsible for maintaining and building customer relations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

INCLUDE- Utilizing experienced customer service skills, expert sales techniques and a product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales Ability to resolve customer concerns with grace and compassion Build the connection between customer and brand by providing superior service and adapting brand stories to the retail setting Cheerfully greet walk-in customers and phone inquiries Process online orders and print enclosure cards Assist floral drivers with routing and timing their deliveries

QUALIFICATIONS

Customer-oriented, with a strong desire to go above and beyond to meet the needs of customer Two years of customer service and sales experience required A passion for sustainability and preservation of the ecosystem Plant, Floral and Wine knowledge (preferred) Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong inter-personal skills, team player, with an ability to resolve complex issues with a positive attitude Computer skills required Knowledge of Shopify POS system( preferred) Photoshop, Web design knowledge (preferred) Social media, photography (preferred) Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time
