Job Description:
Anytime Fitness Cudahy is hiring a part-time Gym Office Assistant / Member Support & Sales team member for our locally owned club. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable talking with people, and willing to be accountable to goals. The position includes member support, lead follow-up, sales activity, light cleaning, and basic marketing support.
Responsibilities:
Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner Answer phones, texts, and emails Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email Reach out to inactive members Help schedule tours, consultations, and appointments Assist with membership and training sales Participate in weekly meetings, KPI tracking, goal setting, and weekly commitments Keep notes, records, and follow-up tasks organized Assist with simple Canva graphics and Facebook/social media posts when needed Perform light cleaning, including dusting equipment and keeping the lobby and bathrooms tidy What we're looking for: Strong communication and people skills Comfortable making phone calls and following up with leads Organized, dependable, and able to follow through Comfortable being held accountable to goals and weekly commitments Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Comfortable typing, emailing, texting, and managing follow-up tasks on a computer Canva and Facebook/social media experience is a plus Sales, customer service, office, fitness, or administrative experience is a plus What we offer: Part-time position Complimentary gym membership Ongoing support, accountability, and access to sales coaching Opportunity to grow into additional responsibilities over time To apply: Please send your resume and a short note telling us why you'd be a good fit for this role.
