This is a full-time, W-2 sales opportunity offering a guaranteed base salary, uncapped sales incentives, renewal opportunities, and company-provided leads. You'll help clients understand their Medicare and health insurance options and make informed decisions based on their individual needs, while having the support, tools, and carrier access to build long-term client relationships and grow your book of business. Your primary focus will include Medicare and individual health insurance, with opportunities to support clients across additional health, life, and ancillary insurance products. You'll have access to multiple carriers and company-provided leads, allowing you to focus on consultative selling, relationship building, and growing your client base.
