Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/ Sales professional to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will provide essential administrative support while actively contributing to sales efforts. Your energy, organizational skills, and exceptional customer service will help ensure smooth office operations and foster strong client relationships. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing calls with professionalism and warmth Operate multi-line phone systems, handle inquiries, and route calls efficiently using excellent phone etiquette Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure accurate record keeping using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial record management Support office management activities including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and supply inventory oversight Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client questions promptly and professionally Proofread correspondence, documents, and marketing materials to ensure clarity and accuracy Skills Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial tasks Strong computer literacy with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Previous office experience or clerical background demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures Effective typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and document proofreading Superior phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions with clients and visitors Experience with office management tasks such as calendar coordination and filing systems Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and front desk operations for seamless communication flow Personal assistant experience or similar roles that involve calendar management and task prioritization Join us in a role where your proactive approach, organizational prowess, and enthusiasm will make a meaningful impact!
