Full Job Description Primary Job Duty:
This Role involves providing comprehensive customer support and serving as a technical point of contact for both new and existing business opportunities. The individual in this position will be responsible for managing new projects from initial inquiries through delivery of the product. Duties for this position include, but are not limited to, program management, email and phone-based application support, pricing activities, product development, and technical sales support. This is a factory-based position with the potential for travel as required.
Essential Job Functions:
Manage incoming bid opportunities from customers Work with engineering on customer drawing reviews, drawing proposals, and other technical documentation Develop an understanding of customer needs Serve as a technical point of contact for customers. Prepare proposals & quotes for incoming requests Help curate the growth of new businesses that align with company goals Learn and explore new and existing technologies that are relevant to the industry • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
• Fluent in written and spoken English with the ability to write clear and organized technical documents. Self-motivated, willing to learn and expand one's knowledge.
Assist all teams:
procurement, engineering, and quality to ensure projects run smoothly Develop an understanding of all product lines and capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications MS Office:
Word, Excel - good working knowledge. Knowledge of customer service process and operation methods. Good oral and written communication skills. Able to handle multiple job functions simultaneously Ability to work independently and establish priorities with minimum supervision. Good organizational skills. Maintain a professional appearance and positive company image. Good interpersonal and human interaction relationship skills.
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
