Full Job Description Job Functions:
Promote and sell company products such as Spectroradiometers, Goniophotometers, Illuminance Meters, Photometers, Digital Power Meters, Power Supplies, EMC Generators, and EMC testers, etc.. Confer with customers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements. Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and application solutions. Provide technical expertise on products to close on final sale. Lead the activities of trade shows to present and promote our products and services. Work with technical and quality department to update or modify product configurations to meet customer needs. Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers or prospective customers. Arrange for demonstrations or trial installations of equipment. Create sales or service contracts for products or services. Research and identify potential customers for products or services. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or higher degree in Optics, EE or ME; MBA is a plus. At least 3 years' experience and track record in selling optical or electrical instruments and calibration services with NIST traceability. Solid knowledge of methods showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration etc.. Excellent knowledge of and experience in customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Profound knowledge in NIST traceability, national and international lighting measurement standards, optical and electrical testing equipment, power supply and pulse generators. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
