Full-Time Overview Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Engineer, where you will be at the forefront of driving technical solutions and building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with sales acumen while helping customers solve complex manufacturing challenges. As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the sales and fabrication team to provide technical guidance that showcases the value of our solutions. Your energetic approach and technical proficiency will empower you to identify customer needs, craft tailored solutions, and contribute directly to business growth. Responsibilities Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand technical requirements and project objectives. Review drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to assist with project evaluation and quoting activities. Prepare technical presentations and proposals highlighting the capabilities and benefits of our manufacturing and fabrication solutions. Collaborate with engineering, production, and sales teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs. Support lead qualification, opportunity development, and customer relationship management activities. Provide technical guidance and customer support throughout the sales process and project lifecycle. Track customer interactions, opportunities, and project status through CRM systems. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, effective communication, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for business growth. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, machining, aerospace, or industrial products. Strong understanding of metal fabrication, machining, and manufacturing processes. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Cloud for managing client relationships and tracking sales activities. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Experience working within CNC machining, fabrication, aerospace, or contract manufacturing environments. Knowledge of quoting and estimating processes. Familiarity with ERP and manufacturing management systems. Proven ability to develop long-term customer partnerships and generate new business opportunities. Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Pay:
$95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
