Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and projects Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal team members Advise customers on our products and thermal solutions Coordinate order processing, shipping activities, and related administrative tasks Support various company operations as needed As a small company, team members are expected to contribute beyond their primary responsibilities and assist with a variety of business functions. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility Flexible, hands-on attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks Friendly, humble, and team-oriented personality Background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field is preferred General technical aptitude and a willingness to learn are more important than advanced engineering expertise Please visit us at www.alphanovatech.com
