Job Description

Sales Engineer ShipOffers - 3.9 Englewood, CO Job Details Full-time $75,000 - $80,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Customer relationship building Computer literacy Managing clients in a customer support role Managing projects Technical Proficiency Full Job Description About ShipOffers ShipOffers is a fast-growing fulfillment and logistics company focused on delivering a seamless experience for our clients and their customers. We work with e-commerce brands across multiple platforms and marketplaces, handling everything from integrations and onboarding to fulfillment and ongoing account management. We move fast, we build things internally, and we expect the people on our team to take ownership of their work. Role Overview The Sales Engineer at ShipOffers sits at the intersection of sales, technology, and client success. You are the person who makes sure new clients get set up correctly, integrated successfully, and launched confidently. You are not a pure salesperson and you are not a pure engineer, you are the person who understands both sides and makes the handoff from signed client to live fulfillment as smooth as possible. You will be the primary technical point of contact for new clients during onboarding, managing communications across multiple channels, coordinating integrations, validating test orders, and ensuring every client is set up for long-term success before they go live. You will also provide ongoing account management support for existing clients and work closely with the integrations and operations teams. This role requires someone who is organized, client-facing, technically literate, and capable of managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously without things slipping through the cracks. Core Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Integration Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients from sales handoff through golive Manage client communications across all channels — WhatsApp, Teams, Telegram, Slack, Google Chat, and email Track active integrations and follow up with new clients on all onboarding requirements Coordinate and validate test orders for each platform before rushing to golive — confirm SKU mapping, order routing, and tracking accuracy Identify and resolve integration issues during onboarding before they affect live fulfillment Support clients through platform setup — break down complex steps, simplify the technical process for non technical clients Maintain a golive readiness checklist and enforce it — no client goes live before it is ready Account Management Support Act as the initial Account Manager for new clients during the onboarding period Keep Sales aligned through regular communication — weekly meetings or as needed Provide ongoing support for client questions and issues after golive Monitor client health and flag any concerns early Support new marketplace partnerships and platform expansions Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with the integrations team to manage buildout requests and connection validations Coordinate with the operations team on fulfillment questions, SKU mapping, and packaging requirements Escalate and track open items with the development team — follow up until resolved Maintain clear documentation of all active onboarding projects, client requirements, and open items Process & Documentation Maintain and improve the standard onboarding checklist — create tools that allow the Sales team to be more selfsufficient in early onboarding stages Document platformspecific setup requirements and integration nuances Keep client records current — contacts, platform credentials, integration notes, open issues Identify patterns in onboarding friction and bring solutions to the team Required Qualifications Strong clientfacing communication skills — you will be talking to clients every day across multiple platforms Technical literacy — you do not need to be a developer but you need to understand how integrations work, what a webhook does, and why a test order matters Highly organized — you will be managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously and nothing can slip Proactive followthrough — clients, internal teams, and open items all need consistent followup without being asked Comfortable with ambiguity — onboarding rarely goes perfectly and you need to problemsolve in real time Strong written communication — your messages to clients represent the company Experience with ecommerce platforms, fulfillment operations, or SaaS client onboarding Preferred Qualifications Experience with fulfillment platforms, order management systems, or logistics software Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, ClickBank, CartPanda, BuyGoods, Digistore, or similar ecommerce/affiliate marketplaces Understanding of webhooks, postbacks, and APIbased integrations Experience managing client relationships in a technical or solutionsfocused capacity Experience working across tools like Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, and Google Chat professionally Familiarity with project management tools and client tracking systems What Success Looks Like Every client you onboard goes live on time, fully tested, and without surprises Clients feel supported, not confused — they know exactly what to expect and who to call The Sales team has clear visibility into where every onboarding stands at all times Integration issues are caught internally during testing — not reported by the client after golive You have documented every platform nuance you have learned so the team is not dependent on your memory After 90 days, a new client feels like a longterm partner — not like someone who just survived a painful setup process Our Culture We reward people who show up, do the work, and take ownership. We do not reward people just to reward them, advancement and compensation reflect performance. If you are client-obsessed, technically curious, and the kind of person who does not let things fall through the cracks, this is a place where you can build something real. ShipOffers is growing. The person who steps into this role will have real impact on how we onboard clients, how we retain them, and how we scale. We are looking for someone who wants to own that. About ShipOffers At ShipOffers, we have been revolutionizing product sourcing and fulfillment since 2001. Our dedication to excellence has earned us a place on the Inc. 5000 List of Fastest Growing Companies, 11 times and counting. Based in the thriving Denver area, we are a team-first company that values collaboration, innovation, and a winning attitude.
