In this role, you will serve as a vital bridge between our sales and engineering teams, leveraging your technical expertise to drive customer success and business growth. Your energetic approach will help showcase our cutting-edge solutions, tailor technical demonstrations, and provide expert guidance throughout the sales process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex technical products, engage with clients directly, and influence strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment. You would report to the Global Director of Sales and be a member of the sales team at Light Sources Inc. that covers ultraviolet (UV) light sources that are used for curing and germicidal applications. Duties Collaborate closely with the sales and engineering teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored technical solutions that align with their business objectives. Manage and grow existing customer accounts Use social media marketing techniques to research and find new prospective customers. Attend industry trade shows to meet with exisiting customers and to seek out potential new customers. Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits effectively. Assist clients in selecting best fit lamp types for applications including but not limited to water disinfection, air disinfection, surface disinfection, adhesive/ink curing etc. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales strategies. Qualifications Bachelors degree in a hard science (Physics, Electrical Engineering, Biology, Chemistry is preferred) Prior experience with customer service or sales is a plus. Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging product demos and articulate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences. Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and designing appropriate solutions. Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with a proactive attitude toward customer engagement. Ability/Availability to travel in North America up to 6 weeks a year.
