Job Responsibilities:
Develop and manage key customer accounts to drive growth in power supply and power solution sales. Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, customer outreach, networking, and market analysis. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and end users. Apply a solution-selling approach by understanding customer applications and providing solutions beyond individual power supply components. Engage customers early in the design cycle to identify opportunities and support design-in, sampling, testing, and qualification activities. Present and promote MWPS products, services, and technical solutions based on customer requirements. Lead technical and commercial discussions and coordinate quotations, proposals, and customer requirements. Maintain an active sales and project pipeline, ensuring opportunities and project status are accurately tracked and updated. Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and MWUSA sales teams to support customer projects and business opportunities. Provide customer and market feedback to support product planning, sales strategies, and continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business ( Electrical Engineering preferred ) 5+ years of experience in power electronics or technical B2B sales Proven experience in solution-based selling and key account management Strong understanding of power supply applications and ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders Willingness to travel for customer visits, business meetings, and industry events Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid, and high growth environment Excellent written and verbal communications Ability to identify customer needs, develop technical solutions, and drive design-in opportunities

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
