How You Will Make an Impact Prospect and cold call target clients to generate new business opportunities across the region. Conduct detailed client consultations using active listening to identify specific security needs. Design and present custom security proposals to C-suite executives and facility managers. Accurately bid projects covering CCTV, access control, fire, and burglar alarm systems. Translate complex security technologies into clear, ROI-focused solutions for clients. Manage a heavy sales pipeline independently from initial contact through contract closing. Build long-term client relationships by delivering tailored, high-value security solutions. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations. Proven track record of pipeline management, cold calling, and prospecting new accounts. Strong consultative communication and active listening skills in both verbal and written formats. Demonstrated ability to present sales proposals and articulate business ROI to executive decision-makers. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Prior experience selling CCTV, access control, burglar alarms, or fire protection systems. Technical background within the electrical and controls industry.
