Job Description

We are seeking a technically minded Sales Engineer to serve as a trusted advisor to customers in robotics, automation, and advanced manufacturing environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of electro-mechanical engineering and relationship-driven sales. Key Responsibilities Resolve complex commercial and technical issues related to motor spindle applications in robotics and highly automated environments Lead customer negotiations and develop value-based technical solutions Serve as the primary point of contact for customers while collaborating with engineering, product management, and marketing teams Identify new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and overcoming technical objections Drive cross-selling initiatives and secure long-term purchasing commitments Present technical data effectively to both engineering and executive-level stakeholders Meet and exceed sales targets through consultative and strategic selling approaches Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Robotics, Product Development, or a related field preferred Proven experience in technical B2B sales within industrial automation, robotics, motion control, or electro-mechanical products Strong engineering and electro-mechanical aptitude Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences Demonstrated success building long-term business relationships Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in identifying opportunities Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure Performance-based incentives 401(k) with company matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Flexible spending account Disability and life insurance
