F.W. Webb, New England's largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time Sales Engineer for its Canastota , NY location.

Responsibilities:

Provide application and product support to outside salespeople and customers. Assist the customers, and outsides sales with technical questions about performance and application reliability, etc. Review and approve product applications. Review incoming orders for proper product selection and application. Product selection and quotations for project bid specifications Occasional field visits with field sales personnel to increase application knowledge Support Outside Sales with lead qualification/follow-up as needed Assist customers, and outsides sales with pricing and delivery information when required

Qualifications:

Good interpersonal and communication skills Must be proficient at use of Excel and Word Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task, and participate in solving technically challenging situations Must possess a high level of customer service Prior Control Valve, Steam, Instrumentation, and/or Industrial Experience preferred
