Job Description
Minimum 5 years of experience in QA Lab/Infrastructure support. POS B2C experience is mandatory; restaurant technology experience is highly preferred. Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and application issues. Build, configure, maintain, and refresh physical and virtual testing environments. Perform root cause analysis and resolve lab-related issues. Experience with virtualization, cloud technologies, Docker, scripting, and Windows imaging is preferred. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
