Compensation package includes:
401k plan with a generous 100% employer match up to $5,200 per year 80 hours of paid time off (PTO) your first year and 128 hours your second year. 6 paid holidays after 90 days Medical, dental, vision, life, accident, and disability insurance coverage options Christmas bonus opportunity Other bonus and commission opportunities We're seeking a Sales Engineer who models the accountability and humility that define our culture, to find new sales opportunities in the Aerospace and Defense industries . What You'll Do As our Sales Engineer, you'll use excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to: Collaborate effectively and enjoyably with the sales and support teams Identify potential new A&D customers that are a good fit for our machining services Establish and maintain current and potential customer relationships Obtain initial and repeat orders for machined parts from customers Be available for travel to customer locations What You'll Bring We're looking for sales team members with the aptitude, willingness, and proactivity to excel in a growing manufacturing environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
Technical experience in the machining and/or mechanical engineering industries Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and selling skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong conflict resolution skills Strong written and verbal communication; effective listening skills Ready to Join Us?
