This is for Oklahoma City (or surrounding areas) -Western Territory Outside Sales Market Expansion:
Identify, target, and engage potential clients within designated markets Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market shareClient Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service Assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions leveraging product expertiseProduct Knowledge and Expertise:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Pioneer Industrial's product categories Provide technical guidance and product recommendations to clients Demonstrate expertise in pumps and mechanical seals Apply knowledge of the Eastern Kansas and Western Nebraska industrial markets (preferred)Sales Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and client needsProposal Development:
Prepare and deliver accurate, compelling proposals and presentations Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and precise client responsesSales Performance:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Use CRM tools to track performance and manage opportunitiesIndustry Networking:
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services Build relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencersQualifications:
