About the
Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a dynamic Corporate Sales Engineer to join our expanding team. This role demands versatility, quick thinking, and a passion for cybersecurity. You'll alternate between hands-on technical work and strategic projects, supporting team members and driving innovation.
What You'll Do:
Contribute to team growth by participating in hiring and onboarding processesSupport the Value Selling Sales play, including TDDs, Success Criteria, POVs, RFIs, RFPs, and Objection HandlingConduct competitive research and effectively address customer objections while contributing to product roadmap discussions, providing valuable field insights to the product teamDrive innovation in processes, tools, and approaches to improve efficiency and effectivenessDeliver enablement sessions for internal teams, channel resellers, prospects, and customersActively participate in team meetings, sharing insights, best practices, and lessons learnedHelp improve win rates and opportunity creation within the Sales Engineering teamAlign with cross-functional teams to drive sales objectives e.g, Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management on feature tracking and enhancementsArchitect and demonstrate complex technical solutions tailored to customer needs and environmentsDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including POV Frameworks, Success Criteria documentation, demo scripts, and best practices. I.e. Contribute to SE WIKIStay ahead of emerging cybersecurity threats and trends, incorporating this knowledge into sales strategies and customer recommendationsAssist in developing and refining Corporate sales engineering methodologies and processes to improve team effectivenessMentor junior Sales Engineers, fostering their technical and soft skills developmentConduct technical win/loss analysis to identify areas for improvement in the sales engineering process and product offeringDemonstrates excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. Must be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, present ideas persuasively, and adapt communication style as needed in various professional settings.

Strong technical knowledge of the Falcon Platform and broader security landscapeSolid understanding of incident response, malware analysis, forensics, or security analyticsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsResilience and resourcefulness in problem-solvingAbility to work independently and adapt quicklyProactive and self-sufficient work ethicOrganized and analytical mindsetCreative approach to overcoming sales obstaclesCommitment to continuous learning and staying updated on security trendsFluency in English and one Benelux language
