Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships and accounts through an inside sales approach Apply engineer-level technical knowledge to recommend products, solutions, and system designs Prepare quotes, purchase orders, proposals, and technical documentation as part of the inside sales process Collaborate with external sales teams and internal engineer groups to support project success Respond to financial and technical components of RFIs/RFPs within required timelines Manage the full inside sales cycle, from lead qualification to order fulfillment Provide technical support and troubleshooting, leveraging your experience as an engineer Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and project stakeholders Maintain and update accurate CRM records, the Salesforce database, and inside sales activity tracking Support continuous improvement of inside sales strategies and engineering solutions Understand client goals and align them with Davis Infrastructure's products and services. Generate interdepartmental leads. Collect and integrate post‑deliverable feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in inside sales, technical sales, or engineer-based roles 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly Proven success in an inside sales or sales support environment Technical aptitude consistent with an engineer mindset Experience working cross-functionally with sales teams and engineer groups Proficiency in CRM systems and
