- Due to the sales cycle, a $10K ramp-up bonus is paid in both Year 1 and Year 2 in addition to commission ($5K paid at months 6, 12, 18, and 24). Regional Sales Manager
- Central (Technical Solutions to OEM or Engineering) Description Our client in the industrial technology and healthcare solutions industry is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to add to their team in the Central United States.
- Central (Technical Solutions to OEM or Engineering) Responsibilities Sell industrial computers & related technology into engineering and OEM environments Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across a new territory Build relationships with engineering teams, product managers, and technical decision-makers Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets Manage long sales cycles involving customized and design-driven solutions Coordinate custom project requirements with internal engineering teams Schedule and conduct customer visits and attend industry trade shows Deliver technical demonstrations and communicate value propositions effectively Partner with Marketing to develop client presentations and materials Track pipeline and sales activity within CRM Support post-sale implementation and customer follow-up Assist with technical specifications and documentation as needed Regional Sales Manager•Central (Technical Solutions to OEM or Engineering) Qualifications 3+ years of technical sales experience is required Experience selling into engineering, OEM, or product development environments is required Proven history of prospecting, hunting, and developing new business is required Experience managing long sales cycles and selling customized or solution-based offerings is required Experience collaborating with engineering teams on custom solutions is required About #twiceasnice Recruiting Across industries, roles, and North America, we help clients quickly attract top talent with custom-built searches.
