As a Sales Engineer , you'll serve as the technical expert behind the sales process, helping customers identify solutions while working closely with our engineering, operations, and leadership teams. You'll translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and play a key role in driving growth for our innovative power electronics products. What You'll Do Become the Trusted Technical Advisor Develop a deep understanding of our power electronics products, technology, and applications. Consult with customers to understand their operational challenges and technical requirements. Recommend solutions that deliver measurable value and performance improvements. Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners. Bridge Engineering and Sales Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs. Translate technical specifications into customer-friendly explanations. Assist customers in evaluating system requirements, equipment compatibility, and implementation considerations. Serve as the voice of the customer internally to help drive continuous product improvement. Drive Business Growth Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads. Conduct technical product demonstrations, presentations, and customer meetings. Support proposal development, quotations, and technical documentation. Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer site visits. Problem Solve and Troubleshoot Provide technical guidance before and after the sale. Assist customers in resolving product and application questions. Work with engineering teams to identify solutions to technical challenges. Help customers maximize the value and performance of their investment. Track Performance and Opportunities Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information. Participate in sales forecasting and pipeline management. Prepare reports and provide market feedback to leadership. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments.
