Your journey starts now—protect and innovate with MANTECH! •This is for a future opportunity•MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Logistician to join our team in Crane, Indiana. This is an onsite position . Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepares and implements directives to ensure effective logistics support and establishes and enforces standards to ensure that the assigned work force is properly trained and equipped. Develop, initiate, integrate and manage all logistics actions associated with life cycle management of weapon systems, subsystems and equipment. Integrate the spectrum of the logistics processes within the operational, acquisition and wholesale environments. Responsible for directing the integrated logistics process, developing support policies, procedures and systems, and providing implementation guidance.
Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years of integrated product support & product support experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or related area Understanding of all 12 Elements of Product Support, which consists of Product Support Management, Supply Support, Sustaining Engineering, Maintenance Planning & Management, Design Interface, Support Equipment, Manpower & Personnel, IT Systems Continuous Support, Facilities & Infrastructure, Packaging, Handling, Storage & Transportation, Technical Data, and Training & Training Support Product Support Budget and Resource Planning experience Experience leading cross-functional personnel that make up the Product Support team
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting NAVAIR weapons systems in various phases of acquisition with heavy focus on managing the system to and through the Operations and Support phase Experience supporting
WXS Clearance Requirements:
Must hold an active
TS/SCI Clearance Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
