This company specializes in designing and implementing motor controls, automation systems, and variable frequency drive solutions for customers across multiple industries. With continued growth across several departments, they are investing heavily in key hires who can help strengthen customer relationships and expand their market presence. In this role, you'll combine technical expertise with business development, meeting customers, identifying opportunities, developing solutions, and supporting projects from initial discussions through proposal and delivery. You'll work closely with both customers and manufacturers while building long-term relationships and becoming a key technical resource within the organization. This role would suit someone with strong knowledge of motor controls who enjoys customer interaction and is looking for long-term progression within a growing company where they can continue developing both their technical and commercial skillset.
The Role:
Develop new and existing customer relationships through direct sales activity and technical consultation Work with consulting engineers, OEMs, distributors, and end users to specify and promote motor control and drive solutions Prepare proposals, support customer requirements, and act as a key technical resource throughout the sales process
The Candidate:
Technical background within variable frequency drives, drive systems, motor controls, or related industrial electrical equipment Outside sales experience with the ability to develop business and build long-term customer relationships Looking to expand both technical and commercial expertise and progress your career
