Support business development activities through technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer consultations. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding application requirements and proposing effective solutions. Assist customers in evaluating and implementing electrical insulation materials and related products. Manufacturing & Process Optimization Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes and product performance. Troubleshoot application and manufacturing issues related to adhesion, curing cycles, performance, and material compatibility. Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, efficiency, and customer outcomes. Provide technical feedback to improve products and manufacturing processes. Product Development & Innovation Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate new materials, coatings, resins, and insulation technologies. Assist with product testing, validation, and implementation activities. Identify opportunities for product enhancements based on customer feedback and market needs. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, product engineering, or a related role. Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing environments. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills. Ability to travel up to 50% as needed. Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience within the transformer, electrical insulation, power distribution, or related industries. Knowledge of insulation materials, coatings, resins, laminates, varnishes, and curing processes. Experience supporting customers in industrial or manufacturing settings.
