Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting enterprise clients for capital equipment solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals. Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients, clearly articulating features, benefits, and value propositions. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to customize solutions that address specific customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Lead pre-sales activities including technical assessments, proposal development, and solution architecture discussions to support the sales cycle. Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing, maintaining strong relationships throughout. Provide ongoing technical support post-sale, including troubleshooting, training, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct analysis of client needs and develop tailored proposals that demonstrate ROI and operational benefits. Deliver engaging product demos that highlight technical features and competitive advantages to diverse audiences. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and client expectations. Clear understanding of computer networking concepts and protocols essential for configuring and troubleshooting complex systems. Proven ability in pre-sales activities—technical presentations, product demos, proposal writing—and translating customer needs into technical solutions. Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple client engagements from inception through completion. Strong analysis skills to evaluate client requirements, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies. Exceptional communication skills for delivering compelling product demonstrations and technical explanations to varied audiences.
