As we continue expanding across North America, we are looking for a motivated and commercially focused Dealer Manager
  • North America to join our growing team based in Chicago.
This will be a remote based role. About the Role Reporting to the VP Americas Sales and Engineering, this role will work closely with dealer partners, customers and internal teams to drive sales growth across North America. You will support dealers in identifying opportunities, positioning BreatheSafe solutions and progressing opportunities from lead through to close. Combining relationship management with technical sales support, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys building partnerships, solving problems and delivering strong customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities Partner with dealers across North America to identify and develop sales opportunities Support the sales process including customer engagement, proposals and solution development Assist dealers with product positioning, technical guidance and customer presentations Build strong relationships with dealers, customers and industry stakeholders Work collaboratively with Engineering, Operations and Customer Service teams to deliver effective solutions Maintain accurate pipeline activity and CRM records Provide market insights and customer feedback to support business growth Travel regularly throughout the North American territory About You 3+ years' experience in sales, dealer management, business development, or related roles Experience in mining, industrial, manufacturing or heavy equipment industries preferred Strong relationship building and communication skills Technical aptitude with the ability to understand product applications Self-motivated, organized and customer focused Experience working with dealer, distributor or OEM networks highly regarded Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field advantageous Spanish language skills are a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation package Opportunity to join a growing global business Exposure to innovative industrial technologies and solutions Supportive and collaborative team culture A company committed to safety, innovation and continuous improvement Join BreatheSafe If you are passionate about sales, customer relationships and delivering solutions that make a real difference, we would love to hear from you.
