Inside Sales Representative / Sales Support Specialist

Compensation:

$50,000 base salary target (DOE)

What You'll Be Doing:

Prepare quotes for industrial equipment, tooling, conveyors, and safety systems.

Respond to customer questions and resolve order issues by phone and email.

Track orders, shipments, and deliveries and communicate updates.

Enter quotes, orders, invoices, and basic accounting details in QuickBooks.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Coordinate with vendors, shipping partners, and internal teams.

Learn product lines to support customer needs and sales growth. What You'll Need to be

Considered:

Be able to do the job as described.

Demonstrate hands-on mechanical aptitude and practical technical problem-solving.

Show a genuine drive to sell and interest in eventually moving into Outside Sales.

Be comfortable working on Mac computers.

Be willing to learn specialized manufacturing and pressroom products.
