Responsibilities Drive a company vehicle along designated routes to deliver and restock vending machines efficiently and safely. Price products accurately according to company guidelines and adjust pricing as needed to maximize sales. Conduct regular route inspections to ensure machines are clean, fully stocked, and functioning properly; perform minor maintenance or report issues promptly. Engage with customers courteously, addressing their questions or concerns while promoting upselling opportunities to increase sales volume. Organize inventory in the vehicle for easy access and efficient delivery; maintain accurate records of deliveries and stock levels. Perform heavy lifting when loading or unloading products and equipment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding route updates, product needs, or maintenance issues. Skills Strong driving skills with a valid driver's license required; experience in commercial driving is highly valued. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple stops efficiently throughout the day. Solid math skills for accurate pricing, inventory counts, and sales calculations. Customer service expertise with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients. Knowledge of merchandising techniques to optimize product placement and presentation in vending machines. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina for long routes. Prior experience in sales or upselling strategies to increase revenue opportunities. Military background is considered an asset for discipline, route planning, and operational efficiency.
