Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team, engage with customers, and help drive business growth. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in sales within a supportive and team-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries via phone and email Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers Qualify leads and assist in converting inquiries into sales opportunities Process customer orders accurately and verify pricing against established guidelines Track and document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the system Coordinate and fulfill product sample requests, ensuring a high-quality customer experience Support outbound sales efforts, including follow-ups and outreach campaigns Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales materials Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, and trade shows Maintain organized records and assist with general sales administrative tasks Qualifications Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-focused approach High level of professionalism and attention to detail Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated with an interest in sales and customer relationship building Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) High School Diploma or GED required Benefits 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off On-the-job training and career development opportunities
