This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face selling, building long-term customer relationships, and earning uncapped commissions based on performance. What You'll Do Conduct face-to-face B2B sales within an assigned territory Prospect, develop, and close new business Build and maintain existing customer relationships Present and demonstrate a broad line of products used across multiple industries Manage your daily schedule independently with high activity levels Consistently grow revenue within your territory What We're Looking For Outside B2B sales experience preferred Strong prospecting and new business development skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Professional communication and presentation skills Ability to manage a territory and maintain daily sales activity Reliable transportation and availability for daily field work Competitive, goal-oriented, and income-driven mindset Training & Support Structured 7-week training program (classroom + field) Hands-on coaching and ongoing sales support Protected accounts to support early success
