Job Description

Job Summary:
The National Account Coordinator will provide customer service to national account moves and maintain company records to ensure accuracy
Essential Functions:
Coordinate customer contact for national account moves, and maintain contact with customer Create move estimates Register new shipments Ensure proper revenue billing to appropriate location Update company software as well as the Allied system with relevant shipment information Scan paperwork into SISTRS and Documentum as received Create move estimates Register new shipments Prepare driver paperwork as necessary Ensure proper revenue billing to appropriate location Update company software as well as the Allied system with relevant shipment information Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Efficient data entry ability Knowledge of company software Knowledge of Allied systems Problem-solving skills to ensure accurate records
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Required Education and Experience:
Required:
High School diploma or
GED Required:
Data entry experience
