Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive sales team as an Automotive Salesperson, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused approach will drive success! In this energetic role, you will be the face of our dealership, guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey with confidence and professionalism. Your expertise in sales techniques, negotiation, and product knowledge will help you build lasting relationships and achieve outstanding results. Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, walk-ins, and digital inquiries to generate new sales opportunities. Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and specifications to clients, tailoring presentations to meet their needs. Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions using CRM software. Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure inventory management accuracy and timely vehicle availability. Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clientele, including multilingual customers. Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales when engaging with corporate clients or fleet accounts. Support inventory control efforts by monitoring stock levels and assisting with retail math calculations for pricing strategies. Skills Proven experience in automotive or retail sales with a focus on high-end vehicles or B2B environments. Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to close deals confidently and ethically. Excellent communication skills Proficiency in CRM software for managing sales pipelines, customer data, and follow-up activities. Demonstrated organizational skills for managing multiple leads, appointments, and inventory details efficiently. Knowledge of inventory management systems, retail math, and inventory control procedures. Outbound sales experience including cold calling techniques to generate new business opportunities. Exceptional customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette.
