What You'll Do As a Roofing Sales Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify roofing needs, provide solutions, and guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to project completion. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through prospecting and neighborhood canvassing Meet with homeowners to evaluate roofing needs Conduct roof inspections and identify potential damage Educate customers on roofing products, services, and insurance restoration opportunities Prepare estimates and present solutions Build and maintain strong customer relationships Follow up on leads and referrals Manage projects and customer communication throughout the sales process Achieve individual sales goals and performance metrics What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications Sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a positive attitude Ability to work independently and manage your schedule Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Comfortable working outdoors and meeting customers in the field Preferred Qualifications Roofing sales experience Experience with insurance claims Door-to-door or canvassing experience Growth Opportunities We believe in promoting from within.
