Job Description

HuggHall Equipment Company is looking for someone with strong customer service, administrative, and sales skills to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative . We are a full-service equipment company specializing in industrial and construction equipment since 1956 and are listed in the top 40 on the Rental Equipment Register's Top 100. ABOUT THE POSITION
Inside Rental Sales function as part of the Rental Team and are responsible for coordinating customer requests for rental of equipment and meeting the customers' needs through education of the equipment necessary for the task. In this role, you will: Engage with current and prospective customers to build lasting relationships via in-person, telephone, and/or email Manage the rental order process, including coordinating with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests Effectively communicate with all involved parties, including Salespeople, Coordinators, Managers, and Customers, providing accurate quotes and fulfillment updates

REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma/Equivalent with relevant experience - College Degree preferred Outstanding customer service skills Ability to present and sell at all customer levels Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking to meet customers' needs Strong verbal and written communication skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
This position: will be working in operating facilities and outdoors. The employee will encounter varying weather conditions and temperatures. requires frequent use of a computer keyboard while reading the computer screen. will be continuously required to talk or hear; and regularly required to sit, stand, walk, or climb. must be able to lift 100 pounds on occasion. This position is deemed a Safety Sensitive job for purposes of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment, the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act and the Louisiana Therapeutic Marijuana Act.
