The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, a strong understanding of sales, and the ability to effectively promote products. Bilingual abilities are a plus, as they enhance communication with diverse customers. Management positions are available, we promote from within. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized recommendations Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling calls or inquiries from customers. Supervise or assist in supervising team members when required, fostering a collaborative work environment Qualifications Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written English; bilingual abilities are advantageous Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Supervising experience is a plus but not mandatory; leadership qualities are valued Clean background check required. Valid Drivers License and personal transportation required. Must be dependable, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented setting Must be at least 18 years old Position will require licensing through the state.

Pay:

$32,000.00 - $78,500.00 per year
