In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, engaging with prospects through outbound calls, inbound inquiries, and digital communication channels. Your mission is to generate qualified leads, nurture customer relationships, and support the dealership's sales objectives by leveraging your exceptional communication skills and sales expertise. This job will be hourly PLUS bonuses and incentives! Duties Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using CRM software to generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms, providing detailed information about vehicle options and dealership services Conduct effective B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, emphasizing the value proposition of premium vehicles and dealership offerings Utilize negotiation skills to upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories, maximizing each customer interaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities within CRM systems for seamless sales management Support the sales team by scheduling appointments, preparing customer documentation, and assisting with inventory management tasks Engage in public speaking opportunities or dealership events to promote high-end vehicles and enhance brand visibility Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on high-end or automobile sales preferred Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual candidates highly valued) Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline through CRM software and utilizing organizational skills to prioritize leads effectively Knowledge of inventory management, inventory control, and retail math principles to support accurate deal closing processes Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills with a professional demeanor during outbound sales calls and follow-ups Experience in dealership operations or automotive industry is highly desirable; familiarity with public speaking or marketing strategies is a plus Ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly with the sales team; strong organizational skills are essential Join us as a BDC Specialist and become a vital part of our vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences while driving high-end vehicle sales.
