Fort Smith, AR NMS is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to build customer relationships and drive material sales. This is a great opportunity for someone with a sales background who wants to grow within a well-established, vertically integrated company.

Responsibilities:

Generate and manage sales leads for NMS products and materials Build and maintain strong customer relationships Provide accurate quotes and follow up on outstanding proposals Work closely with operations and purchasing to ensure customer needs are met Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate customer and sales records

Requirements:

Previous sales experience preferred (materials, construction, or related industry a plus) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage a customer pipeline Basic computer/CRM proficiency Valid driver's license
