Based on experience Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and dependable Outside Sales Representative to service our Oklahoma and Arkansas territory. This role involves face-to-face sales, account management, and territory growth. While experience in tile or building materials is a plus, it is not required —we're happy to train the right person. This is a field-based role that includes travel within the territory , and occasional overnight stays. What You'll Do Visit and build relationships with customers including retailers, builders, contractors, and designers Present and promote company products Identify customer needs and offer solutions Manage accounts and follow up regularly to ensure satisfaction Attend trainings, trade shows, and events as needed Use technology (iPad, laptop, CRM software) to track leads, opportunities, and visits Lift and transport up to 50 lbs. of samples and materials Work outdoors in all weather conditions during site visits What We're Looking For Previous outside sales experience preferred Industry knowledge (tile, flooring, or building materials) is a plus, but not required Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-starter with strong time management Tech-savvy and organized Valid driver's license with clean driving record Able to travel within Oklahoma and Arkansas (some overnights required) Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in the elements What We Provide Company van for business use Laptop, iPad, and cell phone provided All travel expenses reimbursed (fuel, lodging, meals, etc.) Ongoing training and support
