Job Description
RCAL Products Sales Coordinator RCAL Products is seeking a Sale Coordinator. RCAL has realized marked growth in the last four years and is looking to add a competitive, highly self-motivated, results driven individual with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. This position includes a competitive salary/benefits package. RCAL Products is a Design and Manufacturing company that is owned and operated primarily by engineers with electrical and computer engineering education and experience. The ideal candidate is a recent college graduate or someone looking for a career change with the ability to coordinate teams, track/develop opportunities and communicate messages that highlights RCAL value and differentiators.
Inside Sales Qualifications:
Impeccable interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Persistent in follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process Understanding of the electronics manufacturing industry and industry trends is a plus but not required Ability to prospect new customers via LinkedIn, cold-calling, website inquiries, and mailers. Ability to support outside sales representatives from a sales pipeline development and organizational perspective Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills to quickly answer customers' questions and solve potential issues with their product or service Ability to achieve a minimum sales call threshold on a weekly basis that results in subsequent meetings Commitment to personal/organizational excellence and a desire for continued growthResponsibilities:
Meets or exceeds sales metrics through a multivariate sales/marketing approach. Success for this position revolves around setting meetings for our inside/outside sales teams, monitoring sales funnels and basic data entry. Assess customer opportunities through focused discovery questions, identification of customer need, alignment of their need and requirements to RCAL's benefits via conversational interaction. Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations. Closes new accounts by answering telephone, text, and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering account information. Completes orders by transferring orders to fulfillment, communicating expected delivery date, and explaining various commercial programs, terms and conditions. Develops accounts by checking customer's buying history, suggesting related and new services, and explaining RCAL's capabilities. Maintains communication, activity and sales reporting CRM (SalesForce®). The ability to utilize this program is paramount. Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures that impact the sales process. Continuous development of job knowledge by familiarization of new RCAL services and capability descriptions and participating in internal educational opportunities. Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. Explores ways to grow their sales and prospecting knowledge through educational opportunities. Enthusiastically come prepared to work as a professional in their field.Education and Experience Requirements:
BA/BS/Associates degree in business, education or the sciences is preferred. 3 to 5 years of industry sales experience preferred but not requiredJob Type:
