Lawn Care Sales Representative

THE OPPORTUNITY

Join TLS as a Sales Representative serving Northwest Arkansas , helping homeowners improve and protect their lawns through professional treatment programs. This role offers a base salary of $36,000-$52,000 depending on experience , plus commission. Successful representatives can significantly increase earnings by building a strong book of customers and recurring service accounts. You will manage a defined territory, meet homeowners, perform lawn assessments, and help customers choose treatment programs that fit their needs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Neighborhood Sales & Prospecting Conduct door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods Perform on-site lawn assessments and identify common lawn issues Educate homeowners on fertilization, weed control, and pest management programs Generate quotes and enroll new customers in recurring service plans Territory & Customer Management Maintain and grow your assigned territory Track leads, customers, and activity within the company CRM Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships with customers Coordinate with service technicians to ensure strong customer experiences

PAY & BENEFITS

REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license Must pass background check and drug test Must pass MVR check Comfortable speaking with homeowners and building relationships Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory and schedule Ability to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods during sales campaigns

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Arkansas Pesticide Applicator / Agent License (highly preferred) 1-2 years sales experience (door-to-door, home services, or outside sales preferred) Knowledge of lawn care, fertilization, or pest control Strong communication and relationship-building skills
