Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities As an Entry-Level Outside Home Improvement Sales Consultant, your daily responsibility is speaking directly with homeowner clients at their doorstep , teaching them about our energy-efficient replacement window solutions. If we meet their needs, you'll have the chance to enroll them in the program that makes the most sense for their home. Through these face-to-face interactions, you'll educate families on how our windows can improve their home's energy efficiency, comfort, and long-term value. Success in this role comes from quickly building rapport , earning trust, and clearly conveying our value — all within a brief, yet impactful, door-to-door interaction . Your determination, professionalism, and in-depth product knowledge will help you create and maintain a steady pipeline of potential customers, converting initial cold leads into long-term, loyal clients. - Conduct door-to-door prospecting throughout Rogers and the greater Northwest Arkansas area (Bentonville, Fayetteville, Springdale) to build awareness of our energy-efficient replacement window solutions .
- Work around homeowners' schedules, focusing on afternoon and evening availability to maximize engagement.
- Commit to a full-time, year-round work schedule .
- Educate homeowners on the long-term benefits of energy-efficient replacement windows, including utility savings, improved comfort across hot summers and cold winters, noise reduction, and home value.
- Participate in daily sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring strong relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Who We're Looking For:
- No sales experience? No problem! While a background in sales is a plus, we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.
- Must be resilient and adaptable, able to handle regular rejection while maintaining a professional, positive attitude.
- Full-time availability required (8-hour shifts), year-round.
- Strong communication skills are a must; bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are a plus!
- Willingness to learn, follow scripts, and complete sales training to improve performance.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
- Approximated annual earnings: $115,000
- $145,000 (includes advances, commissions, performance bonuses, and profit-sharing ).
- Competitive, tiered commission structure with additional structured incentives for high performers.
