This person will handle inbound phone and online opportunities throughout the day while also helping customers who visit the yard. The right candidate will be comfortable selling, showing containers outdoors, and completing every normal system and order-entry step without relying on another employee to finish the work. What You Will Do Respond promptly to inbound phone calls, website leads, Facebook and Messenger inquiries, text messages, and assigned opportunities. Welcome yard visitors, understand what they need, show appropriate available containers, answer condition and delivery questions, and ask for the sale. Own each assigned opportunity from first contact through qualification, quote, deposit or application, completed order, delivery handoff, and follow-up. Enter and maintain complete customer and opportunity records in Pipedrive, including accurate notes, stage, lead source, and next action. Create accurate quotes and orders in Omniview using current inventory, approved pricing, delivery mileage, taxes, fees, and payment terms. Explain used and one-trip containers, standard and high-cube sizes, rentals, offices, financing, and rent-to-own accurately. Recommend the option that fits the customer instead of defaulting every inquiry to rent-to-own. Collect delivery-site photographs and information about surfaces, gates, turns, trees, power lines, placement space, and preferred door direction. Coordinate with the container-handler operator, drivers, production staff, and sales team to confirm inventory, actual-unit photographs, access, and expected timing. Keep the sales office and customer-facing areas organized and professional. Follow up consistently and finish each shift with no new lead untouched and every open opportunity assigned a documented next action. What We Are Looking For Prior sales or customer-service experience with evidence of follow-through and measurable results. Strong comfort with computers, CRM systems, online messages, quoting software, email, and digital photographs. The ability to handle calls, messages, walk-in customers, and system entry while staying organized and accurate. Clear communication, professional appearance, dependable attendance, and the confidence to ask for the sale. Experience with equipment, construction, trucking, storage, sheds, automotive sales, home improvement, or another practical product is helpful. Ability to walk the outdoor yard in changing weather and follow all traffic and equipment safety rules. Location and Schedule This is a full-time, on-site position at the Tri-State Container Solutions yard in West Memphis, Arkansas. The normal schedule is Monday through Friday during regular business hours, with occasional Saturdays based on customer and business needs. Compensation and Benefits Pay is $15 per hour plus commission on completed sales under the company's compensation plan. Company pays 50 percent of the employee-only health insurance premium; family coverage may be added at the employee's cost. Six paid company holidays. After each six months of service, three paid vacation days and one paid personal day. How to Apply Apply with a resume or detailed work history and a short explanation of your sales results, the business systems you have used, and why you would be effective handling both phone sales and customers at an active container yard. Final candidates should expect a practical customer and order-entry exercise.
