Reps who build their book here clear six figures in their first year, and there's no ceiling after that. You'll be out of the office most of the week. That means walking jobsites, meeting superintendents and project managers, tracking upcoming projects before they break ground, and getting in front of the people who make the buying decisions. You'll handle the whole sale yourself, from the first site visit through scoping, proposal, negotiation, and close. After that you'll stay close to the account so that one job turns into every job that contractor runs. What you'll be selling: Pride Group supplies temporary power, generators, portable restrooms, fencing, and site services to contractors across the Valley. When a jobsite is missing any of these, the crew stops and the schedule slips, so customers need them on every project, not just once. Because we offer the full lineup, you'll have several ways to win an account and grow it. Our operations team is set up to deliver on what you promise, so the customers you bring in keep coming back. Who we're looking for: You have at least two years of outside sales experience in construction, equipment rental, temporary power, or industrial sales, and you know how a jobsite works and who makes the calls on one. You're comfortable picking up the phone, walking onto a site unannounced, and asking for the business. Knowing generators and temporary power, including load requirements and how to size equipment for a job, will put you well ahead. You follow up without being reminded and can keep a lot of deals moving at once. You'll need a valid driver's license.
